Selling a property requires much more support than a camera, laptop and a lockbox. Carol and her team provided the appropriate comps required to properly price my home, and took the time to learn the things about my community that distinguished my home from others in the area. Especially important was Carol's evaluation of the strength of each buyer's offer, specifically the assumptions on which their offer rested so I avoided taking my home off the market only to have to relist when their financing didn't work out. Carol and her team were also present during inspections and, when we discovered permitting issues that would impact the timing of the sale, supported me through some pretty confusing and complicated Township requirements.
